Privacy Policy

Atelix provides change management software for interior design studios. This policy explains what information Atelix collects, how we use it, and the choices available to users of the Atelix web app and Chrome extension.

• Account information: information used to create, identify, and administer an Atelix account, such as name, email address, organization, and workspace membership.
• Project and specification information: project, item, supplier, contractor, client, pricing, approval, image, and change history data that users enter or upload to Atelix.
• Chrome extension website content: when a user invokes the extension to extract a product from a web page, the extension sends the current page URL and page content to Atelix so the requested item details can be extracted and added to the selected project.
• Authentication and local extension data: the extension stores an Atelix session token locally in Chrome storage so the user can stay signed in. Atelix does not collect passwords, PINs, or security question answers through the extension.
• Service and security information: basic technical information such as request metadata, error logs, and security events used to operate, protect, and improve Atelix.

• Provide, maintain, and secure Atelix.
• Authenticate users and associate imported content with the correct Atelix account and project.
• Extract item details from product pages when a user requests that workflow through the Chrome extension.
• Store project records, specification schedules, approvals, and change history for the user's studio.
• Diagnose errors, monitor reliability, and prevent misuse.

The Atelix Chrome extension runs only when the user opens it from the browser toolbar. It uses Chrome permissions to access the active tab, inject the extension drawer, store the local session token, and communicate with the Atelix API at https://atelix.io. The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly; executable code is packaged with the extension.

We do not sell user data and do not use user data for advertising. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Atelix, such as hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and security providers. These providers are used only to support Atelix services.

We keep account, project, and specification data for as long as needed to provide Atelix, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Users may request deletion of account or workspace data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to user data to people and systems that need it to operate Atelix.
