The AI assistant
for Interior Designers
and Architects

Atelix is a new AI operating system built specifically for interior design and architecture studios. It automates the busywork and helps you run the business side of your studio, from the first client enquiry and proposal through procurement, project delivery and final invoicing. Unlike general project management tools, Atelix is built around the way design studios actually work, bringing together project coordination, procurement, client communication and financial management in one place. As the platform evolves, more of the repetitive work will be automated so designers can spend more time designing and less time on administration.

The AI in Atelix is there to save you time. It works quietly in the background, taking care of the repetitive work that usually falls on you. It can extract product information from supplier websites, organise information from emails, connect everything to the right project and surface what needs your attention. As Atelix evolves, it will take on even more of the coordination, helping draft replies, highlighting risks before they become problems and automating routine tasks, so you can spend less time managing information and more time designing.

Not necessarily all at once. Atelix is designed to become the operating system for your studio, replacing many of the disconnected tools used for project management, procurement, time tracking, meeting notes, client communication and financial coordination. Your creative tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software, remain an essential part of your workflow. Our goal is to reduce the number of tabs you have open, not change the way you design.

Atelix is designed for interior design and architecture studios of all sizes. Whether you're an independent designer or managing a growing team, the goal is the same: spend less time coordinating projects and more time designing. As your studio grows, Atelix grows with you, giving you greater visibility across projects, suppliers, finances and your team.

Protecting your client, supplier and financial information is a priority. Security is built into the platform from the start, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for access control and data handling, so your studio's information stays private and protected.

Pricing is designed to scale with your studio, so you only pay for the value you receive. We'll walk you through the options during your demo. Founding Studios also receive one month of free access as part of the programme.

Atelix is currently available through our Founding Studio programme as we prepare for a wider launch. We're working closely with interior design and architecture studios to refine the platform based on real projects and real feedback. Book a demo to see Atelix in action and learn more about becoming a Founding Studio, including one month of free access and the opportunity to help shape the future of the platform.

Getting started is simple. We'll help you bring your first project into Atelix, and AI does much of the heavy lifting by organising and importing information for you. Our goal is to get your studio up and running quickly, without adding more work to your already busy day.
