Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the atelix.io website and our trial programme, operated by Atelix Solutions Limited ("Atelix", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17076929), with its registered office at 13 Linver Road, London SW6 3RA, United Kingdom. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
Use of the Atelix application itself as a customer is governed by the agreement you enter into with us at sign-up, which takes precedence over these website terms.
2. Access and trials
Submitting an access request does not guarantee an account; we onboard studios where Atelix can deliver value today. New studios start with one month of full access, free and with no commitment. The platform is under active development: features may change, be added or be withdrawn, and occasional interruptions can happen. We will always be straight with you about what works and what does not yet.
3. Website assistant
The assistant on this site generates answers with AI. It does its best, but its responses are informational only, may occasionally be inaccurate, and do not form part of any contract or constitute professional advice. Product commitments only count when confirmed by us in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no scraping at scale, no interfering with the site's operation, no submitting unlawful content through our forms or the assistant, and no using the site to develop a competing product.
5. Intellectual property
The Atelix name, logo, site design and all content on atelix.io belong to Atelix Solutions Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except for viewing the site as intended.
6. Third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party services — such as Zcal for demo scheduling, the Chrome Web Store for our extension, and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.
7. Liability
The website and trial programme are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Translations of this page are provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
