Already paying for another platform?

Switching software isn't something you do overnight. You may have live projects, an established way of working, and an annual subscription you have already paid for.

So you don't pay twice. Use Atelix free until your current contract ends, for up to 12 months, and try it on a real project before you commit.

  1. Tell us when your contract ends. Send us your current invoice or renewal date.
  2. Use Atelix free until that date, for up to 12 months. We help you set up and bring your schedules across.
  3. Start with one project and move the rest at your own pace.
  4. When your old contract ends, continue on an annual Atelix plan at the founding price.

The switching offer is for studios on an annual contract with another studio management or specification platform. On a monthly plan? Your first month with Atelix is free.

Questions about pricing

Why does Pro include three users?

Most small studios work as a team of two or three, often with a part time assistant. Pro gives you room for that from day one, and you add users one by one as you grow. When you reach six people, Team includes six users at a lower price per person.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone in your studio who logs in to Atelix. Your clients use the client portal for free.

Is the AI really included? What does fair use mean?

Yes. The assistant and supplier email reading are part of every plan. There is no separate AI tool to pay for and no credits to count. Fair use simply means the AI is there for your studio's normal day to day work, and that covers the way studios use Atelix. If a studio's use were ever far above normal, we would talk to you first. We never cut you off without warning.

How does the founding price work?

Studios that join by 31 March 2027 keep the founding price for as long as they remain a customer.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free.

How is this different from other design software?

Other platforms help you organise your projects. Atelix also tells you what needs your attention, reads your supplier emails and shows you whether each project is making money, while there is still time to act.
