1. Who we are
Atelix Solutions Limited ("Atelix", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17076929), with its registered office at 13 Linver Road, London SW6 3RA, United Kingdom. We operate the website atelix.io and the Atelix platform for interior design and architecture studios. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
This policy covers the atelix.io website. If you become an Atelix customer, the processing of data inside the Atelix application is covered by your customer agreement with us.
2. What we collect, and why
Access and demo requests
When you request access or book a demo, we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), country, postal code, city, a short description of your studio, and your team size. We use this to respond to your request, set up your trial, and prepare your demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK and EU GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing access to the platform.
Demo scheduling
Demo bookings are scheduled through Zcal, our scheduling provider. When you pick a time slot, the details you enter are processed by Zcal under its own privacy policy.
Website assistant
Our site includes an assistant that answers questions about Atelix. Messages you type are sent to an AI model via OpenRouter to generate the answer, and we keep questions the assistant could not answer so we can improve it. We process this information based on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and improving the accuracy and usefulness of the assistant. Please don't include sensitive personal information in your messages — the assistant doesn't need it to help you.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up. We process correspondence as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and otherwise based on our legitimate interests in managing business communications.
Technical data
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider and content-delivery network keep short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare to protect the site and to shield email addresses from spam harvesters. We process this information based on our legitimate interests in keeping our website secure, reliable and available.
3. What we don't do
- No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
- We set no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference, kept locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
- We never sell or rent personal data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the service providers that make the site work, acting on our instructions:
- Our hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, where access requests are stored.
- Cloudflare, for site security and performance.
- Zcal, for demo scheduling.
- OpenRouter, to generate website-assistant answers.
- Our email provider, to notify us of your request and to correspond with you.
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK or the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as applicable adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. 5. How long we keep data
Access and demo information is kept while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up, and is deleted when no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it. Correspondence is kept for as long as relevant to our relationship.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive certain personal data in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
7. Children
Atelix is a business tool and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes affecting our customers and trial users will be notified by email.
